Law and order
We comply with the rules and laws of all countries where our servers are located, and we demand the same from customers.
Therefore, it is strictly prohibited on all of our servers:
- spamming and receiving
- any activity related to viruses, exploits, botnets (including redirects)
- child pornography, incest, porn involving animals and people looking clearly under the age of 18
- theft, extortion, fraud, blackmail (including redirect)
- carding and everything related to it
- hacking: hacking or attempting to hack other resources, DDoS attacks
- everything that can lead to an IP address in the blacklist (SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, Blocklist, anti-virus databases and any other blacklists)
- illegal pharmaceuticals
- public VPN services
- cryptocurrency mining
- replica sites / stores selling copies of clothing and haberdashery
- port and vulnerability scanning
- proxying projects through Interhost servers
- adding and using non-IP addresses
- use of unlicensed Microsoft software
- any other actions that violate the laws of the country of the north’s location, as well as causing material and reputational damage to our company or other legal and physical persons.
We will instantly block accounts when a violation of these rules is detected. This also applies to accounts registered under other names. Exceptions are unforeseen cases when the server was hacked by an unauthorized person.
In addition, under the law, we provide assistance to law enforcement agencies. And in case of reasonable suspicions, we will provide them with all the necessary information.
Also important (VPS only)
If your virtual server negatively affects the operation of other servers (constant and powerful DDoS attacks, excessive load on the channel and hardware), we have the right to limit the maximum load on your VPS, and in special cases, suspend the service by proposing a tariff change to a dedicated server.
In addition, it is prohibited on VPS tariffs
- post traffic-generating scripts, sites, etc.
- periodically create excessive load on the server.
We will immediately clarify that initially your channel is not limited, and it can use the maximum width of the virtualization channel (usually 1 Gbit / s). However, in case of constant abuse of the amount of traffic that creates inconvenience to other customers, we can limit the bandwidth of your channel.
Inaccessibility of IP addresses in certain regions
IP may be unavailable due to blocking by providers, government agencies or local authorities in certain countries, regions, settlements or institutions. We are not responsible for this and cannot influence this situation - except that we can offer you to try to order another IP address or a new VPS.
Intersect is a hosting provider, we do not offer lock bypass services and do not provide technical Internet access capabilities. If the server is working properly, but for some reason your Internet connection does not allow you to connect to it, we have the right not to consider this as a reason for the refund of the provided service.
